The science into [[Non-Hertzian Scalar Wave]] has gone far since the old days. Indeed because of the [[Time War]] There is some kind of Bubble Tech that uses [[Non-Hertzian Scalar Wave|Non-Hertzian Scalar Waves]] to produce Holographic Bubbles... What tech is this? * [[Force Fields]]? * [[Energy Shield|Energy Shields]]? * [[Force Shield|Force Shields]]? What's the dfference? Perhaps the Bubble Tech is something else entirely... [[Harmonic Fusion]] comes to mind with collapsing bubbles Maybe it's all of the above??
