If [[Deva Raja]] is never assisted, he ends up being forced to go 'out of bounds' with the glitch tech device and snap himself into another timeline so his body can be reset to a non-critical state... however that would leave him stranded on an unknown world, across time/space/reality/destiny, with a completely shot and burnt out gitch tech backpack: in the middle of a desert.
