Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is the hypnotic regression methodology developed by Dolores Cannon (1931–2014) from approximately 1968 onward and codified into a formal training programme circa 2002. The technique uses sustained deep somnambulistic-state hypnosis to access what practitioners describe as the "Subconscious" or "Higher Self" — distinguished doctrinally from the everyday conscious mind — for the dual aim of therapeutic resolution and information retrieval.

Within the Cosmic Codex cluster, QHHT is treated both as a clinical methodology and as a principal access channel for Non-Local Consciousness content. Cannon's accumulated case-set across her career (~3,000+ documented sessions) constitutes one of the most-cited qualitative data-bodies for cluster claims about Multiversal Timelines, pre-incarnational planning, Atlantis / Lost Civilizations recall, and Fourth-Density Consciousness transition phenomenology.

This page covers the methodology and its position within the disclosure cluster; for the deeper consciousness-theory framing, see QHHT/Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (the consciousness-cluster expansion). The two pages are kept as parallel surface forms for the same subject.

Method overview

A standard QHHT session runs 4–6 hours and proceeds in defined phases:

  1. Interview (1–2 h). Personal history, presenting concerns, list of questions prepared for the Subconscious.
  2. Induction. Visualisation-based induction targeting Esdaile-state / deepest somnambulistic depth — substantially deeper than typical clinical hypnosis.
  3. Past-life scenes. Client traverses what they experience as past-life scenes, with practitioner-guided focus on significant events. Multiple scenes typical per session.
  4. Subconscious contact. Practitioner addresses "the Subconscious" or "Higher Self" directly with the prepared client questions and with practitioner follow-ups.
  5. Healing phase. Subconscious is invited to address physical / emotional issues identified in the interview.
  6. Emergence. Standard hypnotic emergence, debrief, recording handover.

Recommended one session per client per six-month interval. Recording is mandatory and provided to the client.

Doctrinal commitments

QHHT is distinguished from clinical hypnosis by several explicit framing choices:

  • Subconscious as agency. Treated as a discrete intelligent agency with non-local information access, not as repressed cognitive material.
  • Past lives as veridical. Treated as real prior incarnations, not as therapeutic metaphor.
  • Healing as Subconscious-driven. Therapeutic effects attributed to Subconscious decision rather than to conscious-mind reframing or placebo.
  • Channel for cosmic content. Subconscious is treated as a channel for content beyond the client's life-history.

These framings are constitutive of the method as taught; alternative framings are available within general clinical hypnosis.

Training and practice

  • QHHT Academy. Cannon-founded training organisation; multi-level certification ladder (Level 1 in-person, Level 2 advanced, plus practitioner-supervisor roles).
  • Practitioner population. Several thousand certified worldwide.
  • Derivative methods. Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH; Candace Craw-Goldman), Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy Academy variants; each retains the deep-hypnosis / non-local-access core with method-specific adjustments.

Cannon's published case-set

Cannon's 18+ books represent the principal published QHHT case literature. Recurring themes:

  • Multiversal Timelines structure. Clients describe pre-incarnational planning across multiple parallel-life branches.
  • Wave-of-volunteers framework. Three "waves" of incarnated souls deliberately assisting Earth's transition.
  • Earth-transition prediction. Approaching planetary frequency shift to "new Earth".
  • Pre-cataclysmic civilisations. Recurring Atlantis / Lemuria recall content.
  • Soul-group organisation. Pre-life collaboration among incarnating souls.

Empirical considerations

A rigorous QHHT efficacy study would specify: randomised assignment; matched-depth-hypnosis control; pre-registered therapeutic outcomes; independent verification of factual content claims from Subconscious channel; blinded outcome assessment. Such studies have not been published.

Within the cluster, the absence is attributed to mainstream-research disinterest; from a methodological standpoint, the absence is what it is — the therapeutic and informational claims of QHHT remain in the testimonial / case-study evidentiary class rather than the controlled-trial class.

Disclosure-cluster reading

  • QHHT is the principal individual-scale access methodology for Non-Local Consciousness content.
  • Cannon's case-set is one of the largest qualitative data-bodies for cluster cosmology.
  • In5D Articles and other cluster outlets regularly publish session-summaries.
  • Cross-client convergence of Subconscious-channel content is interpreted as evidence of common underlying source (rather than as methodology-induced framing).
