Base 27 (septemvigesimal) is one of the three interlocking numerical systems that form the mathematical foundation of Universal Language. Base 27 governs symbolic expression and quantum computation — the patterns of how meaning is encoded, written, spoken, and computed.

Overview

In Universal Language theory, Base 27 encodes the symbolic and computational dimension of reality. Where Base 9 describes when energy flows and Base 12 describes what kind of energy it is, Base 27 describes how that energy is structured into meaning — the language itself.

Base 27 = 3³ — the cube of the fundamental ternary unit. This gives it a natural three-dimensional structure: any Base 27 value can be decomposed into three ternary coordinates, making it the ideal system for encoding spatial, temporal, and conceptual information simultaneously.
