The 1st Tho'ra (also: 1st Tho'ra Order, Founder Tier) is the founding pair of the Tho'ra Clan — the co-equal architects of the Tho'ra Constitution, Tho'ra HQ, and the operational doctrine of the Clan.
The 1st Tho'ra is a tier, not a numbered position in a sequence. Both members hold the same founder standing. It is structurally distinct from the Tho'ra Continuum, which is the numbered protagonist lineage of The Fusion Girl Saga.

Jono carries both positions (1st of the Order, 1st of the Continuum). Aurora carries the Order alone — co-equal in foundation, but intentionally outside the saga's generational torch-pass.
