Telekinesis

Telekinesis (also Psychokinesis) is the psychic ability to influence or move physical objects using only the mind — exerting force on matter through the Psi Field without physical contact.

Mechanism

In the Psi Field framework, Telekinesis operates through the gradient of the Ψ(x,t) — when a practitioner creates a steep spatial gradient ∇Ψ near a physical object, the resulting pressure differential exerts a real force:

This is directly analogous to radiation pressure — a gradient in a scalar field produces a force on objects within it.

The Psi-Ops framework: Telekinesis requires high Pressure (strong Ψ gradient), sustained Flow (maintaining the gradient over time), and precise Control (directing the gradient at the target). It is the most energy-intensive psi ability.
