Psi Control

Psi Control is the Psi-Ops skill corresponding to conductance in the Ohm's Law of Psi framework. It is the ability to regulate, switch, and fine-tune connections between psi circuit elements — determining where and how much energy goes to each target.

Control is the Line primitive because it determines connectivity — which Points are linked, in what direction, with what weight. The Line is the most basic relation: "this connects to that." Control is the skill of managing those connections.

Where Focus bounds and filters, Control selects and directs. High Control = ability to manage multiple connections simultaneously, adjust their relative strengths, and switch between targets rapidly.
