Temporal Tech
Temporal Tech encompasses all technologies for manipulating, stabilizing, or traversing time. Central to the FusionGirl franchise — the Time Wars are the core conflict driving the entire narrative.
Range: temporal observation → temporal stabilization → time travel → timeline rewriting.
Temporal Phenomena
Main article: Time Vortex
Time Vortices are high-energy unstable temporal phenomena — environmental hazards and narrative events. Caused by:
- Ley Line overload
- Dimensional rifts
- Draken Seforthi activity
- Nefarium tampering
Time Dilation: Both relativistic (near light-speed transit) and artificial (engineered time rate differentials). Distinct from volitional time travel.
Temporal Anchoring

Fixed spacetime reference points that prevent temporal drift:
Natural: Tara Van Dekar is a naturally occurring Temporal Anchor Being — her existence stabilizes the local timeline against outside manipulation.
Artificial: Fusion Wings with Quad Wing Emission System convert plasma into locked Quantum Foam pockets → temporal anchoring capability. This is why Fusion Wings are classified as Trans-Dimensional Rift Stabilizers — they literally anchor the wearer in time.
