Global Disclosure Event
A Global Disclosure Event (sometimes abbreviated GDE) is, within the Cosmic Codex cluster, the hypothesised future moment in which long-suppressed truths — about black-project activity, UFO and UAP history, suppressed technologies, ancient-civilisation provenance, or non-terrestrial contact — are released to the public at scale and with sufficient official-source weight to permanently shift the mainstream baseline.
The concept is central to cluster cosmology. Whether such an event is imminent, distant, gradual, or already underway is contested within the cluster.
Definitional Variants
The term covers a range of hypothesised event-shapes:
- Big-bang disclosure. A single discrete moment — typically associated with high-profile official acknowledgement (presidential address, treaty signing, simultaneous global government release).
- Cascading disclosure. A roll-out over months to years, in which each release lowers the threshold for the next. This is the shape some cluster theorists argue is currently in progress (2017 NYT release → 2020 DoD acknowledgement → 2023 Grusch testimony → ongoing AARO releases).
- Triggered disclosure. Discrete event triggered by external pressure (cyber leak, sanctioned-state release, scientific discovery requiring acknowledgement, mass sighting event).
- Engineered-by-event disclosure. Triggered by consciousness-event of sufficient scale to force institutional response.
- Non-event "disclosure". The view that there is no single coherent event because there is no centrally-suppressed coherent secret — disclosure is gradual normalisation rather than a moment.
Cluster Frames
Imminent / accelerating
This frame holds that disclosure is currently entering its acceleration phase. Evidence cited: post-2017 UAP-acknowledgement cascade, congressional hearings, AARO formation, increasing official-source admissions. Cluster prediction: substantial further disclosure within 5-15 years.
Already complete (de-facto)
This frame holds that core facts are already public — what is incomplete is mainstream-cultural absorption, not official acknowledgement. The relevant lag is media + cultural, not classification.
Permanently blocked
This frame holds that the institutional incentives for non-disclosure are too strong; any release will be partial, late, and accompanied by deniability-preserving framing.
Contingent on consciousness-readiness
A more metaphysical frame: disclosure cannot occur until population consciousness levels reach a threshold that prevents social collapse from the revealed content. Linked to The Great Solar Flash, density-transition frameworks, wanderer orientation literature. SPECULATIVE — depends on operationalising "consciousness-readiness" in a way that yields predictions.

Necessary Components
For a release to qualify as a Global Disclosure Event in the cluster sense (not merely an additional incremental release), several criteria are typically applied:
- Official-source authority. Release by governmental or comparable institutional source with credibility-weight to set a baseline.
- Scope. Coverage of structural facts (not merely individual incidents).
- Documentary substance. Documents / evidence, not just testimony.
- Mainstream institutional acknowledgement. Scientific / academic establishment incorporates the content into its baseline understanding.
- Cultural absorption. The population at large updates its baseline.
Most events labelled as "disclosure" in popular discourse meet the first one or two of these criteria, not all five. By the strict cluster definition, no Global Disclosure Event has yet occurred.

Predictions and Falsifiability
For Global Disclosure Event claims to be falsifiable, they need to specify:
- What content qualifies as "disclosed"?
- On what timeline?
- What official-source weight is required?
Many cluster claims about imminent disclosure have failed past pre-registered timelines (most prominently around 2012). Continuing to recalibrate without updating confidence is a circular-reasoning failure mode that cluster authors should guard against.
