Holographic Reality is the proposition — drawn from theoretical-physics work on the holographic principle and adopted by the Cosmic Codex cluster — that physical reality is best modelled as projection from lower-dimensional information surfaces rather than as primary substance in three spatial dimensions.

The mainstream foundation is the holographic principle developed by Gerard 't Hooft (1993) and Leonard Susskind (1995), and given concrete realisation in Juan Maldacena's AdS/CFT correspondence (1997), which establishes that a quantum gravity theory in anti-de Sitter spacetime is exactly equivalent to a non-gravitational quantum field theory on its boundary. Theoretical physics foundations

Bekenstein bound (1981). The maximum information content of a region of space is bounded by its surface area, not its volume — specifically S ≤ 2πkRE/(ℏc), where R is the region's radius and E its total energy.

Black hole entropy (Bekenstein-Hawking). A black hole's entropy is S = kA/(4l_P²), where A is the event horizon's area and l_P the Planck length. The entropy scales with area, not volume — the foundational observation motivating the holographic principle.
