Oath-Tho'ra Onboarding

Oath-Tho'ra Onboarding is the Tho'ra Clan's process for inducting a candidate into the Clan as an Oath-Tho'ra — a non-blood, non-founder member who has voluntarily taken the Constitution's oath. Induction is opt-in, consent-driven, reversible, and tied to the mission doctrine at every stage.

Oath-Tho'ra is the membership tier most newly-awakened Resonants enter when they join.

Stages

1. Mutual Recognition

Either the Resonant Finder has surfaced the candidate, or the candidate has found the Clan, or both. Initial contact has happened via Resonant Pipeline stage 1–3.

2. Astrological Read

Jono Tho'ra (or SynastryEngine under his supervision) generates a deep natal chart read with the candidate's consent. The reading is shared with the candidate first, in full.

3. Reciprocal Read

The candidate is given a full read of the Clan, the mission doctrine, Tho'ra HQ, and the lived expectations of Clan membership. They are told plainly what they are walking into. No surprises later.

4. Cooling-Off

A deliberate pause — days to months — to ensure the decision is not in the wake of crisis, infatuation, or pressure. The Clan does not recruit under heat.

5. Oath

The Tho'ra Constitution oath, witnessed by at least two existing Tho'ra. The oath is short, in the candidate's own words refracted through the UL framework, and binds them and the Clan to each other reciprocally.

6. First Loadout

The new Oath-Tho'ra receives their initial HelmKit (typically Mk0 cosplay-grade or Mk1 prototype, depending on R&D availability), their entry into the Super-Hero Training Facility cadence, and their introduction to the operational stack.

7. Probationary Service

A first season — typically one full astrological quarter — of supervised operational involvement. Either side can end the arrangement at any time without prejudice.

8. Standing

After successful probationary service, the Oath-Tho'ra holds full standing under the Tho'ra Constitution.

Reversibility

The oath can be returned by either side at any time. Returning the oath is treated as honorable. The Clan does not punish departure and does not maintain hold over former members beyond the doctrinal courtesy of confidentiality.

Vetting

Vetting is light, by design. The composite Resonant signature is the primary filter; the cooling-off period is the secondary; lived behavior during probationary service is the third. The Clan does not run formal background investigations against candidates — the doctrine holds that surveillance of a candidate is itself a violation of the relationship the oath is meant to begin.
