Era 2035+

The Quad Wing Emission System (QWES) is the hardware array mounted between the two rectangles of Micro Fusion Flash Cells on the back of the Fusion Engine Suit. It is the bridge between the suit's nuclear power plant and the Fusion Wings.

Function

The QWES performs a three-stage conversion:

  1. Catch — Intercepts Hot Fusion Plasma expelled by the Flash Cell cycling sequence
  2. Recycle — Processes the raw plasma through electromagnetic confinement and cooling channels
  3. Lock — Converts processed plasma into pockets of locked Quantum Foam

These quantum foam pockets serve as magnetogravitic anchors — stable points in local spacetime that the wing system uses for:

  • Advanced flight — repulsion and attraction against the spacetime manifold
  • Reality anchorage — locking the wearer's position in spacetime, making them a Temporal Anchor Being

Design

The "Quad" in the name refers to the four primary emission channels that project the wing energy outward. These four channels can distribute plasma into:

  • Two primary wing structures (left and right)
  • Two secondary stabilizer projections (upper and lower)
  • Various combinations depending on wing model and configuration

The system sits at the geometric center of the suit's back — the convergence point where the left and right Flash Cell rectangles angle inward toward the Fission Core below.
