StarCom
StarCom is the Tho'ra Clan's 3D Global Cyber Command Interface for OSINT operations and cyber investigations, purpose-built to operate in tandem with the Resonant Finder and the Earth Intelligence Network. It is the "how we see the world" layer of the operational stack: Star Seer sees the now-and-here, NavCom sees the move, StarCom sees the planet.
Not to be confused with StarCom Academy, the Earth Alliance Space Force training institution.
Function
StarCom presents a 3D real-time globe surface annotated with:
- Resonant Finder output — resonance zones, nexus events, temporal maelstroms, dimensional rifts.
- Open-source intel layers (public sentiment, news pulse, traffic, weather, infrastructure events).
- EIN decentralized gossip and Web3 reputation signals.
- Allied-agency liaison channels (when warranted; see Tho'ra Mission Doctrine).
- Live NavCom tactical positions for friendly assets.
- Long-form analyst case files keyed to candidate Resonants and targets-of-interest.
It is the workstation a Tho'ra cyber-investigator sits down at to plan and prosecute an OSINT investigation — not a passive dashboard.
The "Cyber Command" Pattern
StarCom is the Clan's expression of a sci-fi-grade cyber command bridge. Visual language: rotating earth, holographic data layers, multi-monitor analyst seats, voice-driven query, AI co-pilots (see Mecha Jono). The aesthetic is intentional — it lowers the cognitive cost of high-context investigation work and supports the mission doctrine of transparent, legitimate operation.
Connection to Earth Intelligence Network
StarCom is the Clan-side client of the broader, decentralized Earth Intelligence Network — the future Earth Alliance's Web3 intelligence substrate. The Clan works to manifest the EIN as part of its mission to save the future: by building the client and contributing nodes, the Clan helps the network exist.

- Mk0 — Browser tab tycoon. Open-source intel aggregators + a wall of tabs + a whiteboard. Conceptual demonstrator only.
- Mk1 — Single-analyst workstation. Custom 3D globe UI, SynastryEngine + Resonant Finder Mk1 integration, manual case-file workflow. Current development target.
- Mk2 — Multi-analyst command room. Multiple seats at Tho'ra HQ, collaborative case-files, real-time Resonant Finder feed, EIN node operator.
- Mk3 — Federated command grid. Distributed StarCom rooms across allied facilities, shared world-state, redundant compute.
