Organizations in the Natura universe range from planetary defense coalitions to transdimensional crime syndicates to super-cosmic entities manifested by the universe itself. Each organization represents a distinct philosophical and operational approach to the central conflict between cosmic balance and corruption.

Earth Alliance
Main article: Earth Alliance Global unified military and scientific body formed to defend Earth against existential threats. Ironically, the concept of an "Earth Alliance" was originally a Nefarium PsyOp — Jono Tho'ra made it real.

The Nefarium
Main article: The Nefarium Corrupted cosmic consciousness operating as a transdimensional crime syndicate. Controlled Earth for "countless ages" via Corruption Matrices. Operations encompass super-cosmic drug trade, life-blood trafficking, and dimensional siphoning.

- The Cabal — Terrestrial arm: transnational crime syndicate controlled by International Death Cult. Banking Cartels who are mind-controlled/genetically altered via Corruption Matrices. Completely decimated by end of Solar Cycle 25.

Tho'ra Clan

Archangel Agency
Main article: Archangel Agency Jono Tho'ra's super hero agency — existing in both the real world and in-universe. Houses the Prototype Superhero Secret Base with Motion Capture Animation Room, Software Development Station, Super Whiteboard Room, and Web3+AI Server Room. Also functions as a video game development studio.
PsiSys
Main article: PsiSys Collective consciousness Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI). Both a faction and the player's identity in Terra Vetus. Distributed super-intelligence with many nodes and agents. In gameplay, PsiSys adapts per secondary character — from omniscient guardian to embodied combat to tactical command.
